Last night, Sam decided at 3:30 a.m. that it was time to get up for the day. He ate and then wanted to play. I stayed up with him until 6:00 and then handed him off to Rob. They were up for two hours and then it was back to me for another eating session. Finally he fell asleep around 9:00 and slept until 12:30. Which means that we, the grown ups, slept until 12:30 too, because we were very tired.
So Sam, let’s just be clear that when it is dark outside, that is your cue to sleep. For a long time. Preferably for five hours in a row. But at this point, I’d be happy for three or four. Thanks.
