It seems that Sam has turned into one grunty baby. Remember all of those cute “words” he used to say, like “Geh” and “Err?” Now instead of talking, he does this strange grunty/whiney/moany sound. Like an ambulance siren that is slowly running out of batteries (or whatever power source it runs on).
Eeeeeeeehhhhhhhh Mmmmmm Eeeehhhh Ehhhhhhh MMmmmmmmmm
All the time. It’s rare that we get to hear his little voice. I wonder if he’s a little constipated, because he hasn’t had a good poop in a couple of days. I mean, he’s pooped, but it’s not the huge earth-shattering blow-your-house-down kind of poops that he usually has. (This is what our conversations have been reduced to at home. “Has he pooped?” “Did that diaper have any poop in it?” “How much poop? Let me see.” Sad, I know.)
Or, he’s figured out that this is a new sound he can make and is trying it out. If that’s the case, please dear 8lb 6oz. baby Jesus in the manger, let him find a new sound to practice.
